The United States is working with Israel to make sure Israelis detained after the Sept. 11 terror attacks have access to Israeli diplomats. At least 60 Israelis have been jailed across the United States since Sept. 11. U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said he is not dealing with any intelligence or law enforcement issues that may be at stake.
