Funeral services will be held here tomorrow for Theodore J. Kolish, honorary vice-president of the American Jewish Congress and a leader of that organization for more than 30 years who died yesterday after a long illness, at the age of 69.
Kolish, who first joined the AJCongress in 1945, served as president of its Brooklyn division and was elected, in 1958, to the post of national secretary which he held for six years. He was elected a national vice-president in 1964 and an honorary vice-president in 1976. He was also chairman of the New York Metropolitan Council of the AJCongress.
