A three-day national conference of the American Council for Judaism will consider “the relationship of Americans of Jewish faith the newly created Jewish state,” it was announced here today by Elmer Berger, executive director of the Council.
The conference, which it to open on Jan. 17, will also take up “other questions that have arisen in the wake of partition of Palestine,” the announcement ##id. Delegates from twenty states are expected to attend. They will also consider ##at steps may be taken to assure the admission to the United States of a fair share of the displaced persons fo all faiths and many nationalities.
