Three Israelis were arrested for vandalizing a Tel Aviv memorial to Yitzhak Rabin. An indictment was filed on Tuesday against Iris Cohen, 38, of Jerusalem, who is accused of vandalizing posters near the memorial to the former Israeli prime minister. Rabin was assassinated in November 1995.
