Tony Blair said he believed an upcoming London conference on Palestinian reform could help prompt President Bush to push for an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement. Confirming the event would be held March 1-2, the British prime minister said helping the Palestinians develop their basic infrastructure would prepare them for a viable state.
