Trades union delegates from the People’s Republic of China, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia, none of which have diplomatic relations with Israel, are among the some 300 delegates to the Fourth World Congress of the International Textile, Garment and Leather Workers Federation meeting here this week. The congress is the first such gathering in Israel. Its delegates represent some 5.5 million workers around the world.
