All Nazi efforts to secure further postponement of the trial in the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” case instituted by the Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland, failed when it was officially announced today that the trial will resume on Monday as scheduled.
No further witnesses will appear before the court when the trial reopens. There will only be a hearing of three experts and then the lawyers of both sides will deliver their summations.
