Tribuna Israelita, a bi-monthly published in Spanish by the Central Jewish Committee of Mexico, marked its 35th anniversary with a cocktail party attended by prominent Mexican political figures, intellectuals and writers. The periodical has a large circulation among non-Jewish readers in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries. Leon Krachmalnik is president of the special committee that publishes Tribuna Israelita. Its editor is Sergio Nudelstejer, secretary general of the Central Jewish Committee and representative of the American Jewish Committee for Mexico and Central America.
