Former President Harry S. Truman will be the guest of honor at a nationwide tribute to be held here December 10 under the sponsorship of Israel Bond Organization, it was announced today by Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, vice-president of the organization. Senator Herbert H. Lehman has accepted the national chairmanship of the sponsoring committee for the tribute to Mr. Truman. On that occasion, the former President will be presented with an award naming him as the "Man of the Century."
