President Truman will receive the annual award of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’ritli tomorrow morning in a ceremony at the White House. The award–America’s Democratic Legacy medallion–is presented annually to persons who have made "distinguished contributions toward the enrichment of America’s democratic legacy."
President Truman is the sole recipient of this year’s award. The presentation will be made by N.Y. State Supreme Court Justice Meier Steinbrink, A.D.L, chairman, and a delegation of A.D.L. officials.
