Twelve Israelis who fought in Operation Protective Wall are to receive citations for bravery. Two of the awards are being granted posthumously to the families of Staff Sgt. Menashe Hava and Capt. Kobi Azulai, who were killed during fighting in the Jenin refugee camp.
