Two Arab residents of eastern Jerusalem were charged with allegedly plotting to kill a Shin Bet official. The two charged Thursday are suspected of belonging to a terrorist cell that allegedly planned a number of attacks against Israeli security officials in the city, including planting a bomb beside a police station in the Old City and firing at border police stationed on a main thoroughfare in eastern Jerusalem, Israel Radio reported.
