Two members of a group calling itself “The Committee for a Nuclear Weapons Ban” were arrested here last night when they picketed on a side-walk opposite the United States Embassy, carrying banners condemning American resumption of nuclear testing.

Police had warned the demonstrators to stay away from the Embassy. However, after the two men had been arrested, other members of the committee spent many hours of the night on a street corner a black away, displaying their banners.
