Two Israeli Arab brothers are under arrest on suspicion of serving as liaisons between Hezbollah and Palestinian terrorists. The Shin Bet said Thursday that the brothers, from the northern Israeli village of Arrabe, were arrested last month for receiving money and bomb-making instructions from an agent of the Lebanese militia.
