Two Israelis Win U. N. Awards for Postage Stamp Designs

An Israeli artist, Will Wolf Wind of Tel Aviv, has been awarded first prize for his design of a United Nations postage stamp in a competition for general U. N. designs, it was announced here this weekend. Another Israeli, Steven P. Ir-Shay, won second prize for a design of a postage stamp to commemorate human rights.
