Two Jewish youths, Moshe Salomon and Joshuah Mizrachi, were sentenced today by a military court to 15 and 7 years imprisonment respectively, on the charge of possessing twenty-five hand grenades. The verdict must be confirmed by higher military authorities.
When called to the stand, Salomon declared that it was useless for any Jew to defend himself against the police charges, since the court would convict him under any circumstances. He attacked the Palestine police “for suspecting and hunting Jewish youth.”
