Two large meetings marked observance of Israel’s tenth anniversary today in this city. One was held at the Free University of Berlin, where Mayor Willy Brandt and Dr. M. Tavor of the Israel Purchasing Mission spoke. The other was held at Ernst Reuter Haus and featured a speech by Dr. Heinz Galinski, chairman of the Berlin Jewish Community.
