The highest military tribunal today confirmed the death sentence of Boulahbib-Salal Bensalib, a Moslem, who shot and killed a young Jew four years ago. The victim, Aded Jacky, was killed while walking with his fiancee in Constantin.

The tribunal also confirmed a sentence of 15 years’ imprisonment on Belacha Ahmed Ben Belkem, an accomplice of Bensalib. Both men, convicted earlier this year, had appealed to the Supreme Military Tribunal, which today confirmed the sentences.
