Two officials of the Joint Distribution Committee arrived at the frontier station of Zbonszyn today to supervise relief work for 5,000 Polish-Jewish deportees from Germany. They are Morris Troper, European chairman of the committee, and David Schweitzer, vice-chairman. Both came here from Paris last night and left immediately for Zbonszyn. Meanwhile, the Central Relief Committee for Deportees telegraphed appeals to central Jewish organizations urging international assistance for the 12,000 Polish Jews dumped by Germany into Poland two weeks ago.
