Two suspects surrendered in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a young French Jew. A 19-year-old man, identified by the Le Figaro newspaper as Jean-Christophe S., has confessed to participating in the abduction of Ilan Halimi, 23, who died from torture inflicted on him by a gang of kidnappers.
