Yacov Tzur, Israel Minister in Buenos Aires, was today appointed Israel Ambassador to France. Mr. Tzur is considered one of the most able Israel diplomats. He succeeded in establishing very good relations not only between Argentina and Israel but also between other South American countries and the Jewish state.
