The U.N. Palestine Conciliation Commission has invited the Israel Government to send delegates to U.N. sponsored talks with the Arab states which will start in Geneva on May 23, it was reliably learned here today. Similar inritations have been sent to the Arab states.

The invitations proposed that differences over a proposed peace agreement should be discussed in specialized sub-committees. An Israel Foreign Office spokesman said that the Cabinet will consider the invitation on Wednesday and that no reply has as yet been sent to the Conciliation Commission.
