The United States agreed yesterday to finance shipment of 2.66 million bushels of wheat to Israel under a long term dollar credit agreement negotiated as part of the United States Food for Peace Program. Officials said the agreement was signed at the State Department. The deal covers $4.4 million in financing for wheat or wheat flour and $200,000 for ocean shipping costs.
