The Congressional subcommittee investigating foreign propaganda will meet in the United States courthouse here tomorrow to plan hearings on Nazi activities in Chicago. Secret hearings will open Tuesday morning.

Representative Samuel Dickstein, leading figure in the Congressional Nazi investigation, will probe the Nazi Camp Wille und Macht, Griggstown, N. J., this Thursday at the Bar Association Building, it was learned yesterday.
