Members of the House Banking and Currency Committee have arranged to visit Israel during the present Congressional recess, it was learned here today. Rep. Wayne L. Hays, of Ohio, and Rep. William A. Barrett, of Pennsylvania, accompanied by John E. Barriere of the Committee’s professional staff, expect to arrive in Tel Aviv about December 5. They will observe the use of Export-Import funds which have been made available to Israel.
