Reps. Frances P. Bolton of Ohio and Chester E. Merrow of New Hampshire, accompanied by two State Department aides, yesterday visited the Sieff and Weizmann Institutes at Rehovoth. They were particularly interested in a process developed by Dr. Chaim Weizmann for the manufacture of a nylon-like substance made from castor beans and various gums and gelatines used in industrial processes.
