U.S. envoy Anthony Zinni said he plans to continue seeking an Israeli-Palestinian cease-fire. His mission is “not over yet,” he said Sunday en route back to the United States. Zinni left Israel last Friday for Egypt and Jordan to consult with senior officials there. He is now traveling to Washington for consultations and for a Christmas vacation.
