Three students of Israeli high schools won prizes today in an essay sponsored by the American Embassy. Walworth Barbour, the American Ambassador, presented prizes of 1, 000 pounds ($333) and 25 books to the three winners. The topic was “any American idea or institution that can be adopted effectively for modern Israeli needs.”
