Samuel Rubin, president of the American Israel Cultural Foundation, was elected today an honorary citizen of the Arabic village of Abu Gosh near Jerusalem.
He was honored by the village for his contributions to education for Israel Arab students. One of his benefactions was a Brandeis University scholarship for Arab students in Abu Gosh.
