American Jewry has fallen far behind in the efforts to rescue German Jewry from annihilation, Norman Bentwich declared in a speech before a gathering of campaign workers at a luncheon at the Chamber of Commerce yesterday. He said the bulk of German Jews in Palestine are integrating themselves into the life of the new country.
