U.S. legislators criticized a European Union official for downplaying anti-Semitism in Europe. Members of the House of Representatives’ International Relations Committee blasted Javier Solana, the E.U.’s foreign policy chief, after a closed-door meeting in which he reportedly dismissed worries of anti- Semitism.
