The Maccabiah Organizing Committee reported today that a United States medical research team will conduct studies of Jewish athletes participating in the Seventh Maccabiah Games starting on August 23.
The research experts, headed by Prof. Wesley Dupertuis of the University Hospital of Cleveland, will make anthropometric studies of the men and women athletes, starting with laboratory work in the research team headquarters here a few days before the Games get underway.
