U.S. Newspapers Criticize American Bar Association for Opposing Genocide Convention

American newspapers have expressed critical attitudes towards the recent decision of the American Bar Association opposing United States approval of the U.N. convention outlawing genocide, a press survey disclosed here. Among the nationally-known papers which criticized the A.B.A. action are the New York Times, Washington Post, St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Christian Science Monitor.
