U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell held a second round of talks with Ariel Sharon. Powell’s meeting Sunday with the Israeli prime minister came after Powell held a three-hour meeting earlier in the day in Ramallah with Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat.
