U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright is scheduled to arrive in the Middle East on Monday to try to help advance Israeli-Palestinian talks. During her two-day visit, she will attempt to pave the way for a summit before the end of the month among President Clinton, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat.
