The 200-member, 12th annual United Jewish Appeal mission came here today to watch the round of activities in Israel’s newest port. A total of 13 ships were in the harbor.
The mission members arrived here from Haifa on the Israeli destroyer “Jaffa,” after visiting a number of naval bases in Haifa. Former Premier David Ben-Gurion was a guest of honor at the mission at Tel Aviv.
