The United Jewish Appeal Young Leadership Mission now in Israel yesterday presented Hebrew University President Avraham Harman with two-picture albums recalling his tenure as Israel Ambassador to the United States. Rabbi Herbert A. Friedman, UJA executive vice chairman, made the presentation to Mr. Harman in a brief ceremony after the 88-member group was introduced to the former Ambassador by Dr. George Lerner of Akron, Ohio.
