Ukraine’s president honored a paper that published an anti-Semitic article. Jewish groups criticized the honor Viktor Yuschenko gave last week to Silski Visti, which last year published an article asserting that 400,000 Jews joined the S.S. during the Nazi invasion of Ukraine in 1941.
