United States, Britain and France have “paid only lip service” to victims of Nazi persecution, James G. McDonald, chairman of President Roosevelt’s Advisory Committee on Political Refugees, said here last night addressing a B’nai B’rith conference. “Diplomats do not seem to have learned from the past mistakes and are today acting again as if refugee problems were relatively minor matters,” he stated.
