Unofficial Hebrew teacher Yuli Edelshtein, who is serving a three-year labor camp term on charges of alleged “drug possession,” is in poor condition after being beaten by unidentified assailants in the Vydrino labor camp, the National Conference on Soviet Jewry learned today.
