A monument erected to the memory of 200 Jews from this city who perished at the hands of the Nazis was unveiled outside the synagogue here during ceremonies conducted by French Chief Rabbi Isaie Schwartz. Among the participants in the ceremonies was Adolph Caen, vice-president of the Consistory of French Jews.
