Up to 20,000 people gathered in downtown Montreal to celebrate Israel’s Independence Day. Tuesday afternoon’s rally was the second largest since the rallies began three years ago. Thousands of people marched through the city’s downtown waving Israeli flags and peace placards before reaching the park where the celebration was held.
