The recommendation that a decree be issued condemning all Jews and descendants of Jews to sterilization, was made in yesterday’s issue of Der Stuermer by Ludwig Stoer, who draws a parallel between Jews and habitual criminals.

According to Herr Stoer, there is a double advantage to be derived from such action. In the first place, he argues, it will prevent Jewish emigration abroad and in the second it will result within fifty or sixty years in a country completely free of Jewish blood.
