Isaac Urison, well known Moscow Jewish jurist and president of the Kehillah, was released from prison. He had been in jail for nine months, although no reason for his arrest was given.

Upon his release the Soviet authorities deprived him temporarily of the right of residence in six of the largest cities of the Soviet Union. He will not be permitted to stay in Moscow.

Last week a cable from Berlin reported that Mr. Urison’s relatives and friends were worried over his fate as his confinement had a bad effect on his health.
