Cecil Usher was re-elected president of the Federation of Jewish Community Services at a meeting of the board of trustees. Those elected to serve with him include: Lavy M. Becker, first vice-president and chairman of the executive committee; Jacob M. Lowy, second vice-president; Dr. George J. Strean, honorary treasurer and Arthur Pascal, honorary secretary.
The honorary presidents are: Samuel Bronfman, David Kirsch, Philip Garfinkle, Abe Bronfman and Edward Barkoff. The honorary vice-presidents are: William Gittes and Zave Levinson, and the honorary notary is Dr. Solomon Vineberg.
