An emergency fund for Jewish victims of the Arab disturbances will be raised by a committee headed by M.M. Ussishkin, president of the Jewish National Fund, and Mayor Meier Dizengoff, it was announced today. The fund-raising campaign will open next week throughout Palestine, proceeds of which will go to the building of homes for refugees and restoration of business damaged in the disorders.
