Paul van Zeeland, president of the Coordinating Foundation for the settlement of refugees in new lands, will sail for Venezuela and the Dominican Republic this week in connection with colonization projects, it was announced today. The former Belgian Premier will sail from Barcelona on the Italian steamer Orazio.
