Emile Vandervelde, Belgian Socialist leader and Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is now visiting Palestine, will deliver three lectures at the Hebrew University on Mount Scopus.
Mr. Vandervelde and his wife who are the guests of the Zionist Executive, will be given a reception on Thursday. They are stopping at the home of Col. Frederick H. Kisch.
