Herr Schnell. He contended that the forgery of the “Protocols” has not been proven and that Schnell could not have known that they are forgeries since their distribution was not prohibited in Switzerland. Dr. Ruef asserted that Schnell acted in good faith.

The prosecution announced today that it is foregoing its right to reply to the lawyers of the defense as the case seems quite clear.
