Vice President Dick Cheney said he would not meet Yasser Arafat this week. On Sunday, Cheney said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that the Palestinian Authority president had not done enough to crack down on terror to warrant a meeting before this week’s Arab summit in Beirut, which begins Wednesday.
